Before you start training
Before joining the gymnasium you need to complete a pre-exercise questionnaire. This can be arranged by visiting the Student Association Office or by calling (02) 9217 3679. Upon joining the gymnasium, members meet with a Gymnasium Coordinator and receive a free fitness assessment and an individually tailored exercise program.The gymnasium is open all year except for the week between Christmas day and New Year's day.
