The Apprentice philosophy on food is simple, the students' menus reflect current trends in Australian gastronomy as well as incorporating the many influences from around the world.

The menu at The Apprentice changes daily for lunch and dinner and they present an inspiring collection of student selections.

Our bar is stocked with a range of beverages that include :-
