International student support

Studying in a new country is an exciting experience. However we recognise that you may need some assistance along the way. Sydney Institute has an International Student Unit with full time staff to look after your needs. They can offer you advice and referral services for any problems you may have with courses or visas.

The Job Placement Service helps students find work and assists with such things with resume writing and interview skills.

International Student Coordinators and Counsellors

All colleges have International Student Coordinators who can organise tutorial support and help with any problems or queries. Counsellors are also available to give career, academic and personal advice.

Student Association

International students receive free Student Association membership. Student Association events are a great way to get involved in social activities or excursions and get to know Australian students at your college.
