
The NSW Government is in the process of finalising legislation that will see all food service operators required by law to have qualified staff handle food.
TAFE NSW – Sydney Institute offer a Workplace Hygiene (Food Handlers) program designed for anyone who handles or prepares food.
This program will prepare you for the legislative changes proposed for implementation by early 2010.
The program runs for one day and can be delivered in your workplace or at Ultimo College.
