Our hospitality courses

Pre-apprenticeship and traineeship courses

In partnership with Alliance People Solutions we offer pre-apprenticeship hospitality training courses. Eligible job seekers study modules from Certificate III in Hospitality (Commercial Cookery). Students graduate better equipped to meet the demands of an apprenticeship.

Sydney Institute also has a partnership with HTN (Hospitality Training Network) who assist students to gain an apprenticeship.
