“I wanted to expand myself, and this course gave me the chance to learn more about art. I’ve been studying all year and it’s been really good. There is a friendly attitude about Eora that makes you want to come along and discover.

“I’ve really enjoyed learning new skills, and in particular carving and lino cuts. The teachers are good and have a laid back attitude.

“I hope to get into Macquarie University, complete a BA and become a teacher. In five years time I want to have learned a lot more about art, and be teaching it as a subject at secondary school."
