Our English programs

Our General English programs are 20 hours per week with five hours per week of voluntary independent study and workshops. Classes run from 8.25 am to 12.50 pm and 1.00 pm to 5.25 pm. Our English for High School programs are 25 hours per week and classes run from 8.25 am to 2.30 pm. We offer the following programs:

Certificate 1 in English for Speakers of Other Languages (10 weeks)
Learn basic oral and written English skills.

Certificate 2 in English for Speakers of Other Languages (20 weeks )
Develops listening, reading, writing and speaking skills in English.

Certificate 3 in English for Further Studies (5-20 weeks)
Prepares you for TAFE NSW and university courses and sitting international language tests.

Advanced English (5-10 weeks)
Develops high-level study skills and advanced general English.

Certificate 4 in English for Academic Purposes (15 weeks)
Prepares you for university study.

High School Bridging (5-10 weeks)
Develops English skills in preparation for the English for High School course.

English Preparation for High School (10-20 weeks)
Learn English language and study skills for high school.

English for Work and Travel (10-15 weeks)
This course is for students on working holiday visas.
