3D Modelling Character Design & Animation in MAYA Course

This course will run 17 weeks, Wednesday and Thursday evenings 6:00pm-9:00pm

Students must have completed the program 7881 3D MODELLING AND ANIMATION IN MAYA, or have equivalent knowledge and experience developed in industry. Students may be asked to demonstrate their skill in Maya prior to program commencement. For more information on the entry requirements for this program call 1300 360 601.

This course will expand your working knowledge of Maya into the area of advanced modelling, character design and development.

In this course, you will develop the skills and abilities achieved in previous study by exploring the use of modelling techniques using technical plans and other real world reference sources. You will develop sophisticated and industry-relevant skills and knowledge required to:
• Set up complex characters for 3D animation
• Learn techniques for bringing characters to life
• Animate characters using the different Maya tool sets
• Test character animation tool set ups

To register for this course you must have completed program 7881 3D Modelling and Animation in Maya or have equivalent knowledge and experience developed in the industry. If you have not completed 7881 course but have experience in the field please contact the Head Teacher Richard Cass at Enmore College for a pre-registration interview.
