Loftus Hospitality's Organic Waste Disposal

The organic waste produced by the hospitality classes at Sutherland College – Loftus Campus is disposed of using the Pulpmaster Pro.

The Pulpmaster Pro converts organic waste into bio fuel, preventing the waste being sent to landfill, reducing plastic bag use and producing energy to be redirected into the electricity grid.

Each year, use of the Pulpmaster Pro at Loftus produces power that:

• prevents 476 tonnes of carbon dioxide from entering the atmosphere
• is equivalent to running 109 cars for a year
• prevents the disposal of over 25 thousand plastic bags.
